A digital marketing agency with 10-25 employees was hitting a ceiling on client capacity. Each client required content adapted for 3-4 platforms with different character limits, image dimensions, and posting cadences. The team was spending 40+ hours per week on execution alone, and scaling would require hiring 3-4 additional social media managers.
I built a unified content distribution system on n8n that takes a single content brief and automatically adapts it for each platform — LinkedIn long-form, Twitter/X threads, Instagram captions, Facebook posts. Smart scheduling calculates optimal posting times per client from 90 days of historical data.
The agency tripled its client roster from 12 to 40 accounts without adding headcount. Weekly execution hours dropped from 40+ to 12. Report generation went from 3-4 hours per client per week to fully automated. Approval turnaround improved from 48 hours to 3 hours.
