About this project

A B2B consulting firm with 15-30 employees relied on LinkedIn as its primary channel for thought leadership and lead generation. The marketing team of two was spending 8-10 hours per week on content operations — researching trends, drafting posts, scheduling manually, and tracking engagement across multiple profiles.

I built an automated content pipeline using n8n and OpenAI that handles the entire content lifecycle: weekly topic research, AI-generated content drafts in the firm's voice, one-click approval workflow, multi-profile distribution via LinkedIn API, and real-time engagement analytics.

The system runs on a weekly cycle — Monday topic research, Tuesday-Wednesday content generation, Wednesday-Thursday approval and scheduling, Monday-Friday automated posting and tracking. The firm went from 2-3 posts per week to 10-12, with approval turnaround dropping from 24 hours to 45 minutes.

  • Automated weekly topic research using AI analysis of industry trends and engagement patterns
  • AI content drafting system generating 3 variations per topic in the firm's established voice
  • One-click Notion approval workflow replacing 24-hour email thread approvals
  • Multi-profile LinkedIn distribution with employee advocacy for 11 of 12 consultants
  • Real-time engagement dashboard with automated weekly Slack reports
  • Content output increased +340% while reducing weekly time investment from 8+ hours to 1.5 hours
